LUSH describes his sound as Jungle Music at 130, 140 and 175 bpm. Sounds crazy? Maybe, but with Lush the single most dominant trend over his 19 years of DJing has always been unbridled passion for the music that he plays.Widely known and respected as a pioneering Jungle/DnB DJ in Canada, the DJ’s DJ as he has been frequently called by his peers has been a “student” of the art of DJing and a follower of the Hardcore Continuum from Hardcore thru to Jungle, into Drum & Bass; and forward onto the current genre less mutations and hybrids of Bass music. Whatever style Lush chooses to play, the underlying theme is always music with feeling and soul, with a heavy Junglist leaning and room shattering bass.

DJ Spinz is a legend in Toronto. From being nominated for Juno and Much Music Video awards, to standing on top of Turntables and scratching with his feet … he quite simply has done things no other DnB DJ has ever done! His versatility is absolutely unmatched as he doesn’t stick to sub-genres; Spinz plays exactly what’s needed at any point of the night at any party, end of story. That “no compromise” attitude has followed him to Soul In Motion. The 3 man crew are responsible for bringing some of the world’s most cutting edge DnB acts to Canada. Always one step ahead, they give our city something to be really proud of.

MR. BROWN
Mr. Brown has been in the game over 20 years and is a well-respected member of the Toronto Drum n Bass community. In 2002 he started a production company known as Soul In Motion that throw events that promote the best local and international DnB producers and DJ’s around. Mr. Brown isn’t just local to Toronto, as he’s played all over Canada, the US as well the UK. Not to mention, he’s been played alongside talent such as: Netsky, Sigma, Brookes Brothers, Shy FX, Fabio, Andy C, and Break just to name a few. Currently, aside from working on a series of side promotional projects; Junglist Movement and Heavyweight Productions, he is a rotating host on Canada’s longest running DnB radio show “The Prophecy”. Mr. Brown’s high energy behind the decks are pure crowd pleasers and he has no sign of stopping anytime soon.

SCOTT FREE
Its weird to call him a veteran DJ in the Toronto drum & bass scene but after a decade plus of activity, 2 promotion companies on the go, a 4 year stint as a host on CIUT, and a gig as a buyer in a record store he can be classified as such. He’s had the pleasure to open for some of the genre’s most dynamic artists and play in Toronto’s biggest clubs and what it all comes back to is a passion for the music. He’s not distinctly one style, he play what he loves and he lets the music breathe and tell the story it wants to. Some call him a DJ’s dj, some call him an encyclopedia of music, his mom just calls him Scott. Come check him and his Soul In Motion crew at the customer appreciation event and follow him on twitter where he talks about, sports, alcohol and rap music. A trifecta of potent and socially relevant topics.

STICKBUBBLY
DJing since 1996 Peter Costigan AKA Stickbubbly has been a well known name throughout the toronto underground music community for many years. Originally playing drums and guitar in live bands as a teenager, he developed the skills to write music which eventually led him to produce his own songs in 2005. Since then he has never looked back. With his electronic music roots in jungle/drum and bass, he has quickly established himself as one of the hottest Canadian producers in the scene. The recipient of the Toronto Drum and Bass Award for Best Breakthrough Producer for 2009, he is known for bringing his own vibe to dance floors worldwide. With his unique sound now dubbed the “Bubbly Sound”, this diversified producer/dj has now branched out into various other genres such as drum step and dub step. Touring Canada and the U.S, he continues to promote his releases on Direct Recordings (U.K), Betamorph (U.S), dirty digital (U.S), and Stride recordings (CAN). His next and much anticipated EP on skeptik’s Bassick recordings has been getting high rotation on radio stations across Canada and internationally. Currently he is one of the biggest underground favourites in the scene and is destined to be a legendary talent known for consistently creating original, fresh tunes for the masses.

Miss Blyss is known for her technical style and ability to play everything and anything bass! This award winning lady routinely plays along side the world’s top Drum n Bass DJ’s as well as Toronto’s finest.

GRIZZY
All we can say about Grizzy is “This guy does it all “. From producing Hip Hop , Drum N Bass, Dubstep, Swag House, Trap, and his own Genre called ‘Grzhop’, Grizzy has really made a impact on the Toronto EDM scene. Since 2003 he has been one of the most animated artists on stage always putting on a show with a very sharp tune selection. If you havent seen this Monster in action yet… your in for it !
